I. Product Overview

The Forest Isolation Belt Development Vehicle is composed of an isolation belt development machine module, large blunt blade cutting module, heavy-duty forest grab bucket, bucket, quick-change mechanism, tracked walking mechanism, arm lifting device, cab, electrical hydraulic system, and wireless remote control. The equipment a double triangular crawler walking mechanism, capable of constructing fire barriers by crushing combustible vegetation (trees, shrubs, grass) in dense forests, shrublands, and grasslands. It can crush trees with diameters ≥250mm (≥80mm for continuous crushing) and has no height restrictions on vegetation. Primary applications include establishing fire isolation zones, maintaining fire escape routes, creating temporary rescue passages, setting up safety islands, assisting in fire scene cleanup, and constructing soil isolation zones in mountainous forest areas.
