1,Overview

PJQL-4 Mine-Use Pneumatic Saw (hereinafter referred to as the Pneumatic Saw) is a cutting and slotting tool for mines, developed by our company through years of exploration, with the joint efforts of high-tech professionals from various departments such as electromechanics, ventilation, and coal mining. The Pneumatic Saw consists of three main parts: the saw head, the chain, and the polyurethane hose. The polyurethane hose connects the air source and the Pneumatic Saw. The air pressure provided by the air source drives the Pneumatic Saw to operate at high speed, performing the cutting task. During operation, cooling water flows through the hole in the middle of the guide plate to the cutting area, serving the functions of cooling and dust suppression. It also has a dual water cut-off protection function. When cutting, the Pneumatic Saw adopts wet cutting with water cooling to prevent sparks from appearing during the cutting process. It can be used for coal layer and rock cutting in mining work areas, for the construction of sealed walls, and also for breaking concrete and rocks during mine rescue operations.
