Product Description

1. Product Overview
This leak-stopping gun is made of aramid (Kevlar fiber-reinforced) high-flexibility soft rubber material, with anti-slip tooth profiles. It requires minimal air volume (rated volume: 0.6 to 3.1 liters) and can be inflated using a foot pump. All components are connected via quick-change connectors, enabling convenient, safe, and reliable assembly/disassembly, and it is reusable.
 
2. Scope of Application
It is suitable for quickly plugging cracks in storage tanks, oil tankers, and liquid tank trucks with a back pressure of ≤0.1Mpa and a leakage medium temperature of ≤60ºC, without the need for tension belts. When operating, the operator connects the gun head, gun rod, connecting air pipe, and foot pump, holds the gun rod at a safe distance, inserts the wedge-shaped or conical sealing bag into cracks with a diameter of 15 to 60 mm and leak holes with a diameter of 30 to 90 mm, and rapidly inflates it to seal the cracks. It is applicable for high-intensity lighting in night search operations or on-site work lighting in public security and other industries, and can effectively provide on-site warnings to enhance the safety guarantee for carriers and workers at the site.
