Overview

The RXR-M80L-JG20 is a high-altitude spraying fire extinguishing robot. It is powered by a large-capacity, highly safe lead-acid battery, and moves with high-power four-wheel solid rubber tires. The arm movement is powered by an efficient hydraulic system. It is equipped with an 80-liter per second electrically controlled water/film dual-purpose fire cannon and various detection and monitoring sensor detection devices. It can conduct remote real-time monitoring of the fire scene and extinguish fires, especially for fires in high-altitude buildings and facilities.
This product features remote control, panoramic display, and high-altitude spraying functions. It offers a wide field of vision, allowing for a commanding and effective suppression and extinguishing of the fire from a superior position.

Scope of application


Rescue operations for large-scale fires in petroleum and chemical enterprises:

Places prone to collapse, such as tunnels and subways, require entry for firefighting and rescue.

Rescue operations in environments with potential explosive gas or liquid leaks.

 Rescue operations in environments with thick smoke or toxic gases.

Firefighting and rescue operations in close proximity, where personnel are at risk of injury.


Feaures

 Long-range operation:
When conducting fire-extinguishing fire-fighting cannon spraying operations, the maximum height can reach 20.5 meters, and the maximum horizontal extension can reach 11 meters, meeting the requirements for high-altitude suppression spraying over the fire scene.
2.  High Traffic:
The flow rate of the fire cannon can reach 80 liters per second, providing a large volume of fire-extinguishing agent for the firefighting operation.
3.  Maximum Range:
The water spray range of the fire-fighting cannon is up to 85 meters, and the foam spray range is up to 80 meters. This meets the operational requirements for high-altitude and long-distance tasks.
4.  Long communication distance:
By employing digital signal processing, digital modulation and demodulation, forward error correction, and soft decision equalization technologies, the communication distance and video transmission distance can reach 1000 meters. Especially in cases of explosions, explosions and flowing fires, it can better ensure the personal safety of fire operation personnel.
5. High protection level
It is equipped with hydraulic leveling legs, which ensure the overall machine remains level during arm extension operations, preventing overturning. It also features safety alarms for the legs, vehicle body tilt, lifting obstacle avoidance, lifting limit, up-down interlock, and wind speed alarm, etc., providing additional safety protection functions to further enhance the safety of the robot's elevated spraying operations.
6. High-integration Detection and Inspection
It can measure 14 types of gases (specifically: CO2, CH4, CO, H2S, O2, H2, NH3, Cl2, SO2, NO2, C3H8 (propane), C2H4O, C2H2 (acetylene), VOC); 2 environmental parameters (specifically: temperature, humidity) (optional).
7. High-integration Pan-Tilt Unit
Usng a 360° horizontal and -10 to +90° vertical pan-tilt camera, it is possible to conduct long-distance, all-round-free, real-time dynamic image monitoring of the robot's working environment, facilitating remote operation by personnel.
8. Advanced Intelligence Function
It has the self-balancing function of fire-fighting cannon lifting. The fire-fighting cannon self-balancing technology developed based on the principle of hydraulic pressure difference, combined with intelligent algorithms and spatial sensors, enables the fire-fighting cannon to maintain the initial angle during lifting and quickly enter the firefighting battle at any height.
