The CCZ1000 direct reading dust concentration measuring instrument (hereinafter referred to as the "measuring instrument") is based on the principle of infrared light absorption, and is an instrument used for measuring the concentration of suspended dust in the ambient air. This instrument is a measuring instrument designed in accordance with the Ex ib I Mb explosion-proof level (mine-specific intrinsically safe type) as per the standards of MT/T 163-2019 "General Technical Conditions for Direct Reading Dust Concentration Measuring Instruments", JJG846-2015 "Dust Concentration Measuring Instruments", and GB/T 3836.4-2021. The separation efficiency of the breathing separation device of this instrument fully complies with the internationally recognized "BMRC" curve requirements, and can accurately and promptly reflect the quality of respirable dust inhaled by workers and the pollution status of dust in different dust operation sites, providing reliable data for accurately evaluating the hygiene conditions of the workplace. This instrument is applicable to underground coal mines.
