The water pump features an imported 3-cylinder hydraulic piston diaphragm pump. The pump body is formed through high-strength aluminum alloy die-casting to prevent breakage during high-pressure operation. Connecting rods and eccentric shafts are made from nitrided aluminum-based alloy, forged in a single process. The hydrobutylene rubber diaphragm provides tens of thousands of hours of normal operation without replacement. Oil-water separation technology ensures mechanical components are completely immersed in oil, preventing friction and extending service life. The diaphragm isolates water from mechanical components, allowing sand and gravel to pass through with minimal water quality requirements.

Utilizes a planetary reducer system with three-sided small gears meshing with a large gear for full-range engagement. This design prevents pulley and tooth disengagement under stress conditions. Special treatment ensures no engine power weakening above 2000 RPM, instead enhancing engine power and improving water pump efficiency.
