The pump features an imported 3-cylinder hydraulic piston diaphragm design. The pump body is manufactured using high-strength aluminum alloy die-casting to prevent breakage during high-pressure operation. Connecting rods and eccentric shafts are made from nitrided aluminum-based alloy and forged for maximum strength. The hydrobutylene rubber diaphragm provides tens of thousands of hours of operation without replacement. Oil-water separation technology ensures mechanical components are fully immersed in oil, eliminating friction and extending service life.

Planetary reducer design provides superior performance compared to traditional star reducers. Three-sided small gear meshing with large gear ensures full-range engagement without gear dropout. Special treatment maintains engine power efficiency above 2000 RPM, enhancing water pump performance.
